Fee

We do not charge fees to archery clubs, archery associations, non-profit organizations, exhibitors, or workshop providers, provided their services are offered free of charge.

Commercial vendors and established businesses providing paid services, selling goods, or generating income in any way not specified above at TAIAF 2025 will be charged €80 for the entire two-day duration of the festival. Please complete your payment by entering valid card details in the window beside.

Terms and Conditions:

Participants are responsible for setting up their own booth or stall, including arranging any necessary equipment and power supply. Charges for electricity and power connections will be communicated once specific requirements are confirmed. Participants must submit their power needs by the deadline provided after application approval.

All applications are subject to review by the festival committee, and submission of this form does not guarantee participation for archery clubs, archery associations, non-profit organizations, free workshops, or free exhibitions. Vendors offering paid services, selling goods, or otherwise generating income at TAIAF 2025 are required to pay a stall/booth fee of €80 to validate their submission. Space will be guaranteed only upon receipt of payment.

Nonprofits, sellers, exhibitors, and workshop providers must comply with all relevant local health and safety regulations, including obtaining any necessary permits and adhering to hygiene standards for handling consumables. Workshop providers must follow the assigned schedule and participant guidelines, with advance notice provided regarding session timing.

Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis following application approval. No spaces will be reserved based on verbal requests. Approved applicants will receive confirmation within a reasonable timeframe.

The completed application form must be submitted to the festival organizers no later than the close of business on Monday, 21 July 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Liability insurance is mandatory for all participants, and proof of coverage may be requested. By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
